Adelphi Wharf – 600 Apartments
Adelphi Wharf is a residential project in Salford comprising 3 high-rise apartment buildings overlooking the River Irwell. Containing 600 apartments, the Adelphi Wharf project provides luxury apartments in the heart of Salford, primarily aimed at short-let tenants.
This project was built in 3 phases as each of the 3 apartment buildings was constructed, and we worked with the client to supply and install furnishings as the apartments were finished. We delivered and installed Phase 1 in just 12 weeks, designing bespoke furniture based on the client’s requirements and their design vision before delivering and installing it in the finished apartments.
Seamless Installation Services
While Phase 2 was being constructed, we stored the client’s furniture in our warehouse until the building was furnished, allowing the client to focus on the development, safe in the knowledge that we would install the furniture at a time that suited their schedule. The following year, the client started work on Phase 3 – the third apartment building in the project – and contracted us to furnish the apartments upon completion of the build.
Comprehensive Furnishing Solutions
As the Adelphi Wharf project was intended as short-term accommodation, we also supplied small appliances, including kettles, toasters, smart TVs, washer-dryer machines, and kitchen essentials. Furthermore, all the furniture supplied was Class O-rated, providing fire resistance to UK standards.

With our bespoke furnishing service and flexible delivery, we helped the client finish the Adelphi Wharf and prepare it for new tenants, delivering a high-end service on schedule and within budget! The client was so pleased with our services that they requested us to furnish their next project in Manchester, the North Hill Apartment complex, with 200 apartments.
